Q.  When will I receive my confirmation?
A.  Your confirmation will be emailed to you at the time of booking. You may also view and print your confirmation at www.planwithtan.com. You must bring your confirmation to the resort for check-in purposes.

Q.  May I make transportation arrangements before receiving my confirmation?
A.  When you book your week by phone or online, a confirmation will be emailed to you. Once you receive your confirmation, you may then make any further arrangements needed, such as air travel, car rental, tickets, etc., through Global Express Travel Services (GETS),TAN's affiliated, full-service travel agency. You may reach GETS by calling TAN's toll-free number 800.223.0088 ext. 9 or direct at 800.826.2430. You may also reach GETS via email at travelnow@gowithgets.com.

Q.  Why do I need to call and reconfirm 48 hours prior to my departure?
A.  You must reconfirm your reservation no earlier than 48 hours prior to departure, to hear any new or urgent information regarding your reservation or the home property. TAN always attempts to contact Travelers with any pertinent information regarding scheduled travel, but we are not always successful. Call Total Vacation Services at 800.223.0088 extension 3.

Q.  What happens if my vacation is canceled, due to a hurricane or other occurrence?
A.  Evacuations and closures of properties due to Acts of Nature (flood, fire, hurricanes, excessive snow, etc.) are, unfortunately, beyond TAN's control. While Travel Advantage Network is unable to refund any reservation fees, we are happy to replace the week or voucher back to your account. Please note: VAP does not protect your reservation fees in these cases because of the short notice associated with natural disasters.
