Allegro Cozumel's mandatory all-inclusive program includes all meals, snacks, beverages (including alcoholic domestic drinks), non-motorized water sports, and all nightly shows at the resort. The cost is $70 per person per day, children 0-6 years old are free and from 7-12 years old half price of current adult rate. Prices are subject to change without notice.

This is a hotel style room that includes air conditioning, a bathtub/shower combination, cable TV, telephone, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, in-room safe, ceiling fan, small table with two chairs, and a private patio or balcony. Daily maid service is provided at this resort.

On site, the resort boasts a beautiful beach, a buffet restaurant, a snack restaurant and 2 a la carte restaurants, specialty bars (beach bar, snack bar, splash bar, terrace bar, crystal lobby bar, theater bar and aquanox), activity pool with swim-up bar, relaxation pool, sauna, steam room, and exercise facilities. Additional resort activities/services included in the all-inclusive price are tennis, giant lawn chess, beach soccer, beach volleyball, daily activities program, nightly entertainment, and towel service for the beach and pool. Beach and pool chairs are also provided. Non-motorized water sports at the Allegro Cozumel consist of kayaking, snorkeling, boogie boarding, sailing, windsurfing, and SCUBA classes in the pool. Other facilities/activities not included in the all-inclusive package are the Palancar Dive Center, with PADI/SSI instructors, SCUBA excursions, ATM, gift shop, beauty salon, massages, car rental, laundry service, fax service, and excursions booked through the first club concierge.
